Secretary Bill Mundhausen is the Chairman of the corporation and Director of day-to-day operations of Orion Center dba Key Radio. Key Radio is a Christian-operated not-for-profit community radio station at Lake of the Ozarks. Bill was born in Rhinebeck, New York in 1949 and grew up in nearby Barrytown...a community on the Hudson River valley about 90 miles north of New York City. Bill graduated from Red Hook Central High School and attended college at the University of Rochester and San Francisco State College from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 1971. After jobs as a construction laborer, parking attendant, and musician; Bill was hired by ARA Services in Kingston, New York as a customer service representative traveling a ten-state territory in the northeast. This job led to a promotion to management and a subsequent nineteen-year career culminating in the position of Director of Management Information Services at ARA’s corporate headquarters in Los Angeles. Bill managed a data center and application development organization at ARA’s Headquarters for ten years from 1983 to 1993 administering a large corporate budget and directing several major technology projects. Bill decided to retire from ARA (now ARAMARK) in 1993 and he and his wife Margaret relocated to the Lake of the Ozarks region where Bill has owned a lakeside trailer park, a mini storage business, and a computer retail store and consulting company. Bill and Margaret founded the Orion Center in August 2000. Bill has been married to his wife, Margaret, since 1976 and they have two daughters, Rebecca and Gretchen. The family is active in church and enjoys sports, ministry, family, and friends.
Jasen Jones aka “Yogi J” 200 RYT Kundalini certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master at Lake of the Ozarks. Jasen has lived at the Lake for 25+ years and 27th consecutive year in Hospitality Industry. Jasen has been General Manager at The Resort-Lake of the Ozarks since May 2023. Jasen has taught Yoga for the past 4 years at various yoga studios around the Lake of the Ozarks such as Infinity Float Spa, Soul-Centered Yoga Studio, The Om Center, Namaste Acres, SQeZ, Kali’a Maluhia SUP Yoga, and Encompassed Purpose. Jasen yoga journey begin through alcohol sobriety on May 5th, 2019, and taught his first Yoga class Cobra Yin which was inspired by Copperhead snake bit in 2020. Jasen is also a heart attack survivor in 2021. Jasen has performed several Sound Therapy bath sessions, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and ACRO Yoga, and teaches a Healing Hearts class for those who lost a loved one. Jasen's motto for life is to wake up every day with gratitude.
